After a last minute debacle involving a third-party booking company they no longer use, the manager, Chris, called us during off hours to get us into our unit. She was a lifesaver!

They will lock you out of your storage unit for being a couple days late. I run a charity called the HomelessBound Project and need this building to become more flexible. I was unable to hand put essential items to the homeless for over a week because I didn't have the cash to pay them yet. I always pay, but my ministry comes first. It is my purpose. I e asked if they did anything to help the community community around thier locations and was told to contact corporate. They have not returned my call ... Very disappointing
We use the one in Gainesville on Airport rd. Very clean and secure. Also staff is friendly and helpful! Very good prices too. All around an AWESOME place to store your things.👏😁Ms Pam took such good care of things while my kids were away from their unit that I just rented from her again!
